  • Who should attend?
    This meeting is intended for end users, administrators and IT staff in Student Health and Counseling Services who are current users of the Point and Click system. If you are not currently a user of the system but are still interested in attending, please contact Point and Click Solutions directly at
  • Why should you attend?
    The annual user group meeting is the best way to meet and learn from your peers at other colleges and universities, in addition to increasing your knowledge about the Point and Click software. Learn more about existing features and be the first to learn about exciting new product enhancements that we anticipate releasing over the next year.

  • What are the recommended hotel accommodations?

  • What does it cost to attend?
    Event Registration Standard Registration is $1290 (through June 3) per person. All event passes include full breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Monday & Tuesday, and a full dinner on Monday. Late registration (starting Tuesday June 4) is $1590 per person. You can earn one complimentary registration for every four paid registrations. Purchase your event registration at Hotel Reservations PNC has reserved accommodations at the Park MGM for a discounted rate of $99 per night. A Daily Resort Fee of $39.00 plus Clark County room tax, currently 13.38% (subject to change), will be charged in addition to the room rates set forth above. The Resort Fee includes the following: Property-wide, high-speed Internet access (inclusive of meeting space, public space and in-room), Unlimited local and toll-free calls, Airline boarding pass printing, Notary service, Daily digital newspaper access, Fitness center access for guests 18+ Reserve your hotel accommodations by June 7 2024 at
  • What if I register but am unable to attend?
    PNC will refund your registration cost in full if you have registered but need to cancel prior to June 8th, minus a 3% processing fee if you paid via credit card. PNC will refund 50% of your registration cost if you have registered but need to cancel between June 8 and June 23. No refund will be available if you need to cancel on or after June 24.
  • Does the registration fee include the cost of the hotel room?
    No, the registration is separate from the hotel booking. Use the special hotel link provided to book your hotel rooms at a discounted rate.
  • When will the breakout session schedule be published?
    The agenda which lists all the currently planned breakout sessions is available now. A detailed schedule with the exact day and time for each of the sessions will be released later this spring to everyone who is registered for the meeting. You will need to download the conference app when it is available to see the updated schedule.
