COVID-19 Response and Preparations

Like everyone, we have had to adapt to a constant stream of information to understand the trajectory of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken many steps to prepare ourselves and our clients for the ongoing situation. Some of these steps include:

  • Canceling our annual User Group Meeting scheduled for Las Vegas in June (this will be replaced by a virtual event later this year)

  • Providing rapid updates to our data subscriptions in support of billing and visit documentation for the pandemic

  • Working overtime to assist Windows-only customers in their development of a Remote Access strategy with the PNC web apps platform

  • TeleMedicine/TeleCounseling improvements

We will be adjusting the priorities of several existing development projects to ensure we are doing everything we can to help our sites to prepare for this emerging health care threat.
