April 2023 Updates - PncCommunity Forum, User Group Agenda, Schedule View Updates, and more

The April 2023 general release (12.11 2023.04) is now available to all customers. This month's software update includes many new features from popular customer requests and dozens of bug fixes.


Announcing the PncCommunity Forum

Spring into a new season of discussions and collaborations with other PNC customers by joining the conversations (or starting your own) in the new PncCommunity Forum. The April General Release includes an in-app link, but you can sign up for a login today at https://forum.pointnclick.com. The forum is restricted to current customers of Point and Click Solutions.


User Group Meeting Agenda Now Available

Have you registered yet for the 2023 User Group Meeting? We are planning two days full of sessions and opportunities to connect with your peers and the PNC onsite team.

PncSchedule Appointment Style Update

We have implemented updates to the schedule to enhance readability and identify the highlighted appointment. Names are bolded, appointments booked today have a red [T], and the selected appointment becomes blue with a red outline. All appointments are outlined in black to clearly identify start and stop times.


Attach Lab and Radiology Reports From Facility Inboxes

The Fax Inbox and Scanned Doc Inbox now allow you to attach new scanned documents to patient lab and radiology orders, immediately finalizing the result.
