April 2024 Updates - Diagram Management, Closing Secure Message Threads, Schedule Templates, and more
The April 2024 general release (12.11 2024.04) is now available to all customers.
Custom Diagrams Now In PncAdmin
The diagram library can now be configured in PncAdmin > Diagrams. PNC ships a new data subscription called "Diagrams" with this release that populates the library. With this update, administrators can now easily add your own custom diagrams to the library.
Diagrams can also now be filtered using a new picklist feature in PncAdmin > Diagram Picklist. By default, all diagrams are available to all departments as part of the global picklist.
User Group Meeting Registration Is Open
Registration is now open for the 2024 PNC User Group Meeting, July 8-9 at the Park MGM Las Vegas.
The user group meeting is the best way to connect with peers at other PNC sites and engage with PNC leadership and product experts. We recommend planning to send at least 2-3 representatives as there are often three breakout sessions happening at the same time.
Closing Secure Message Threads
Secure messages can now be closed manually, from batch messages, or automatically based on the last activity date. Once a thread is closed, the reply feature is disabled both on the portal and in PncChart. Providers can create a new thread to initiate contact after a thread has been closed.
Schedule Template Editor Enhancements
The PncSchedule Template Editor has undergone a first round of improvements and can now be accessed from the Application Selector drop-down menu as a standalone app. Further enhancements will be implemented in the coming months.
