October 2022 Updates - Multi-Pandemic Support, Advanced Appointment Listings, Checkout Surveys
The October 2022 general release (12.11 2022.10) is now available to all customers. This month's software update includes support for multiple pandemic illnesses, powerful new search filters for the student portal appointment-search, and the ability to automatically send surveys when an appointment is checked out.

Multi-Pandemic Support Now Available
The Contact Tracing and Pandemic Management modules have been expanded to include support for COVID-19, Measles, Meningitis, and Monkeypox. Each pandemic can be individually enabled, with options to customize contact tracing behavior, and enable separate pandemic surveys, vaccine and lab test compliance, miscellaneous questions, and clearance badge logic.
Advanced Appointment Listings
We are excited to announce enhancements to the appointment listing page in the patient portal. After a configuration change, you can now take advantage of improved find-appointment options and provider biographies. Using the same filters that schedulers have with the Find Openings tool in PncSchedule, clients/patients can now select time ranges, days, and provider gender to quickly filter for appointments that meet their schedule preferences.
We now offer the ability to configure surveys upon check-out to support automated satisfaction and follow-up surveys.
