March 2023 Updates - Referral Letters, Occupational Health, Forms Verification, and more
The March 2023 general release (12.11 2023.03) is now available to all customers. This month's software update includes many new features from popular customer requests and dozens of bug fixes.
Referral Letter Merge Tags
In the referral editor, you can now create a letter which will automatically populate with information from predefined merge tags. Create the referral letter template and add supported merge tags in PncAdmin > Letter Templates. Make sure to select the "Referral Letters" usage type.
Forms Verification Queue
Sites that use Downloadable Forms on the portal can now send uploaded documents to a centralized Forms Verification queue. A common example is a release of information request. Learn more about configuring and using this feature in PncHelp.
View Completed Compliance Forms on the Portal
Submitted compliance forms can now be viewed and printed in the Medical Clearances section of the portal by clicking the details link.
Quickly Change Calendar View Interval
When you need to shift the calendar interval (e.g. change from 20-minute slots to 30-minute slots), you can now use the dropdown on the schedule instead of having to open the right hamburger menu.
Occupational Health Enhancements
An Occupational Health Plan built-in is now supported in encounter notes for streamlined documentation in employee health settings. Add components in PncAdmin Disability Accommodations, Disability Categories, and Disability Conditions using the Type of Occupational Health. Examples of accommodations are restrictions due to exposure, hearing protection needed, and cleared for respirator use. Conditions may include animal contact work, respirator user, and rabies exposure.
Create Letter templates in PncAdmin > Letter Templates with the usage Occupational Health and insert merge tags from the Occupational Health section to issue letters to the portal from the built-in.
