November 2023 Updates - Bidirectional Calendar Sync, Phone Visits, and more
The November 2023 general release (12.11 2023.11) is now available to all customers. This month's software update is packed with new features from popular customer requests and dozens of bug fixes.
Bidirectional Calendar Sync
PncSchedule now supports exporting appointments from PncSchedule to Outlook and Google. No PHI is transmitted to the remote calendar. If the PncSchedule appointment is canceled or rescheduled, the change is automatically synced to the remote calendar.
Copy Lab and Radiology Results to a Provider
The “Copy To” option for lab and radiology orders will now send a secure message to the copied provider when new results are available.
Phone Visit Setup
To make a more intentional distinction for Phone Visits, we have introduced updated portal language and a new schedule icon that can be activated in Preferences to support these specific types of visits.
On the portal, the location will be listed as via Phone, and upon check-in, the portal will display the message, "Your provider will call the phone numbers (e.g., mobile) listed in your Profile at the time of your appointment."
