March 2024 Updates - Duo MFA Deadline, Schedule Printing, Referral Renewals, and more
The March 2024 general release (12.11 2024.03) is now available to all customers.
Traditional Duo Prompt Is Deprecated On March 30, 2024
On March 30, 2024, Duo is discontinuing support for the Traditional Duo Prompt in favor of its more modern Universal Prompt.
PNC added support for the Universal Prompt in the September 2023 General Release (Tempura/webapps version 12.11.16374). If you have not received a PNC software update since then, please make sure to schedule the update if this may affect your site. If you are unsure if this affects your site, please reach out to your IT department.
User Group Meeting Registration Is Open
Registration is now open for the 2024 PNC User Group Meeting, July 8-9 at the Park MGM Las Vegas.
The user group meeting is the best way to connect with peers at other PNC sites and engage with PNC leadership and product experts. We recommend planning to send at least 2-3 representatives as there are often three breakout sessions happening at the same time.

Printable Appointment Sheets in PncSchedule
One of our most popular requests has been a way to easily print a readable version of the appointment schedule. With a new button, you can now print by Provider, Provider Group, Department, or Location and sort either by provider or chronologically. Save it as a PDF to a secure location or print directly to your configured printer.
Referral Renewals
It is now very easy to renew a referral which may have expired or will expire soon by clicking the "Renew" button in Patient > Referrals or Facility > Referrals. The entire referral is copied and the Clinical History / Referral Reason is updated to indicate “Renewal”.
