October 2023 Updates - Portal 'Sent Messages', New Training Videos, PncConnector2 Update, and more
The October 2023 general release (12.11 2023.10) is now available to all customers. This month's software update is packed with new features from popular customer requests and dozens of bug fixes.
Portal 'Sent Messages' Tab
A new 'Sent' tab in the OpenCommunicator portal > Messages section now allows patients and clients to easily view the secure messages they have sent. There are no configuration changes needed to use this highly requested feature; it will be enabled immediately after upgrading.
Copy Lab and Radiology Results to a Provider
The “Copy To” option for lab and radiology orders will now send a secure message to the copied provider when new results are available.
New Training Videos
We are pleased to announce an expanded selection of training videos organized by user role. These relatively short and digestible videos cover various topics, including billing, reporting, scheduling, registration, system administration, and clinical documentation. Additionally, the videos include assessments and checklists to facilitate the onboarding process.
Log into PncHelp any time to view the Tutorial Videos. We recommend watching topics of interest to explore any new features you may not be familiar with. These training resources are designed to assist you in improving your knowledge and skills!
